PE Update Term 4 Week 3

SAPSASA STATE TENNIS CARNIVAL
Congratulations to Kayla H who has been selected to play in the SAPSASA State Tennis Carnival representing City South District. The carnival will be held from November 20th – 24th at Peak Gardens Riverside Tennis Club. Congratulations Kayla.
SAPSASA GIRLS AND BOYS SOFTBALL
The girls softball game is scheduled for Wednesday 1st November on Mortlock Oval against Belair Primary, game starting at 10am. Good luck Georgina W, Ava B, Jessica C, Courtney W, Ruby Z, Abby K, Kiana M, Sammy B, Lily R, Emma S, Sophia W and Jessica Z. A big thank you to Renae Simmons for taking the time to coach the girls team and to Karen Zilm for assisting.
The boys softball game is against Eastern Fleurieu and it will be played on Thursday 2nd November on Mortlock Oval. Their game will be starting at 10.20am. A big thank you to Shaun Heeps who is coaching the team. Good luck to Noah H, Jack B, Mitchell O, Josh B, Charlie F, Ashton B, Luke T, Isaac B, Oscar V, Samuel B and Jesse Z.

SAPSASA GIRLS CRICKET
The girls cricket team will be playing their first game against Stirling East on Tuesday 7th November at Stirling. They are very excited. Good luck to Chantilly J, Jessica C, Paige M, Abby K, Kiana M, Jasmin E, Sammy B, Ruby Z, Emma S, Ava B, Neha R, Aneesa S, Courtney W and Demi K. A big thank you to Mario Tavasci who has helped coach the team with me.

SACA MILO T20 BLAST FINALS
The girls T20 Cricket matches will be held on Adelaide Oval on Tuesday 14th November , their first game of four starting at 9.30am. Good luck Jessica C, Paige M, Abby K, Kiana M, Jasmin E, Sammy B, Ruby Z, Emma S and Courtney W. Again a big thank you to Mario Tavasci who has helped coach the team using the Pasadena High School facilities. Good luck girls. This is a first time event for our school.

PE Weeks 1, 2 and 3
In PE students have been perfecting their tennis skills under the guidance of John, Sam Gericke and myself. We have been using the Tennis Australia ANZ Hot Shots program as our school is a member. The students have all acquired skills to meet their own ability. If your child is interested in carrying on with some coaching please contact John Gericke on 0419 829 624.
